QLS becomes an ISMST member!

The International Society for Musculoskeletal Shockwave Therapy (ISMST) was established to promote research and development of shockwave therapy technologies used in support and movement devices. The society's objective is to exchange experiences and knowledge on shockwave therapy, which has become a frequently used treatment in various indications. The ISMST holds annual meetings and certification courses for physicians, radiographers, and researchers in extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) to discuss treatment approaches and the evolving evidence.

Queensland Lithotripsy Services became a member in early 2023 and looks forward to learning and sharing with the other members of ISMST to improve our patient outcomes and experience.
